This is thanks to it being composed of the outer brown layer of the rice kernel. RemyLiVe is high in proteins that aid digestion, “good” fats and B-complex vitamins. This makes it an ideal ingredient for healthy whole grain foods including bread, cakes, pasta and breakfast cereals.
 
Pre-Gel Without The ‘E’
Furthermore, BENEO-Remy has added a brand new cold soluble rice starch to its range of clean label products with exceptional shear stress and processing stability characteristics. The main properties of rice starch pre-gel include:
